U-Sell (Park & Sell Yard) gives you an alternative way to sell your vehicle offering private sellers a sales yard environment to display vehicles for sale, while offering purchasers all the benefits that they would receive from a traditional car yard, as well as the security and peace of mind of dealing with a RMVT. No waiting around for people who don’t turn up. No strangers coming to your home.

As the seller you set the price. There’s no additional commission, mark-ups or anything, just a flat fee. It costs $200 including GST per month to display your car at our U-Sell (Park & Sell Yard). We print a window card with your contact details at the top, so anyone interested can view your car, take it for a test drive (drivers provide photocopy their full valid driver’s licence and sign a liability form). Then the buyer will call you direct to make you an offer. Once you’ve agreed terms with the buyer, just call us and we’ll do all the paperwork, so you don’t have to be at the yard to sell your vehicle, to sign the sale agreement or collect the money.

As a buyer, U-Sell gives you the time and space, free of pressure, to look over an amazingly wide range of makes and models. No buyer’s fees or premiums.

U-Sell can arrange:
+ Independent Mechanical Inspections, VIR Checks and Vehicle Grooms
+ Finance (subject to usual lending criteria) – good & bad credit considered
+ Vehicle Insurance (3rd Party or Full Comprehensive) All licence classes and backgrounds considered as well as international licences
+ Mechanical Insurance is available on most Vehicles (1, 2 or 3 Years), with Free Emergency Roadside Breakdown Assistance (from $466).
