Jim Wright Nissan is a privately owned business managed by Jim Wright and his team of professional and skilled staff.

Our near new purpose build facility is conveniently located in Hamilton city, the heart of the Waikato region and is widely regarded as Nissan’s flagship dealership.

As the greater Waikato’s largest Nissan operation we are able to offer an extensive range of new Nissan and a variety of pre owned passenger and light commercial vehicles. These sales operations are completely supported by a large parts inventory and customer focused servicing expertise.

Jim Wright Nissan expanded their operation into Otorohanga in 2009 by acquiring the franchise from Excelsior Nissan whom had been part of the community for over 60 years.

Since then we have moved quickly to adopt many of our proven customer servicing standards while still recognizing and supporting the fact that Otorohanga is a small close community that survives on businesses that employ locally and support community activities.

Jim Wright Nissan Otorohanga enjoy a huge benefit by being able to offer a larger range of new and pre owned vehicles than any of their competitor dealerships in the region.

It amazes me how a reputable organisation like this does not pay attention to a customer's complaint. These guys threw me under the bus to protect their staff. They made me the villain instead of the victim. My suggestion is that ego and arrogance should be jettisoned for customer satisfaction. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that I received from your dealership.
Great company to deal with, Troy is legend, brought a used Ute came to me in excellent condition and even had a tank fill of fuel - if you want an easy quick buy call these guys!
Excellent to deal with and very fair trade in offer on our car. When we went to collect the vehicle Andrei had it on the showroom floor. He took the time to go through all aspects even down to connecting our phones.A definite recommendation.

OK the service and parts department are a bunch of potatoes. I went in there needing diff oil for a Navara. I was told In the past it was sold in various sizes. When I got there the counter staff had no idea the people that worked there a few months ago were not there anymore I was told I needed to provide my own containers for the oil...so I went a got 2 x 2L. Went back there to get the oil and was told by who I think was the service advisor that I needed just under 2L. Great. It isn't just under 2L its just under 3L 2.9. And they even had the rego etc. What made me laugh too was how they were asking if it was the front or rear diff...hrmmm this vehicle is not 4WD so what info did you even get from the rego. Cmon...wake up!!! Bunch of rookies
I booked a regular service at 15th/Dec/2021 on the website online service form and send the Email to the service team, and also quested replace the Radiator HoseReplaced years ago, since that got the leaking problem and hasn't fixed until this year. Great! you guys can charge me again!! I dropped off at 5th/Jan and picked up my car at 7th/Jan, Based on the service report, the replaced the hose and another parts kit for me. but they totally forgot my car service!! and the service counter told me I have to rebook next week. I have go back to work from next Monday, and wish the car could be serviced on Holiday. you guys wasted my time. I have dealing with you guys for 11 Years...….. Really bad experience with Nissan this Time
Really bad experience with this vendor. I requested a quote to reprogram the remote key of my car. They quoted me and I went to the place. Once there, they told me that they couldn't reprogram the key because was faulty but despite that they charged me 50% of the full price. Just for telling me that they can't fix it. Seriously? Completely a ripoff. On top of that, I complained to the Service Manager asking for an explanation of why they quote the service with no advice that potentially they won't be able to sort it out but even that they will charge the 50% of the total amount. He replied to me that that was something reasonable having in mind that they don't charge me the 100%. Seriously Jim Wright Nissan?
Just picked up my X-Trail today. Amazing service and Jim Wright Nissan went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase.
