Your customer service was absolutely outstanding and there is no doubt as a customer I will ensure to return if I intend to look for a vehicle in the near future. The process to trade in and purchase a new vehicle was easy n simple. Thank you to the team at 4 guys and a Massive Thumbs Upto Andrew.
Found a vehicle I was very interested in buying. Did a AA pre purchase inspection. A few issues found and asked 4Guys if they would fix it. They said yes but vehicle price would need to increase. So I said no deal I'm out. Next day the salesman sent a text saying they'll fix most of the issues not mentioning anything about the price being increased again. And I was back in on the deal. The day before I would collect the vehicle, the F&I lady phoned me and said that I would have to pay in on the deal. Then the salesman tried to convince me that I knew about the price increase for fixing some of the issues. My question, why would I accept the same deal I said no to a day before? In the end after I said no deal again, they offered to honor the original negotiated price. By this time me and my partner lost all excitement and decided to no longer buy a vehicle... Life lesson: When someone doesn't take you seriously, walk away, immediately.
We recently visited their car yard. We'll set our premises and easy to find. Friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Can't wait for our new car to arrive
Was charged $400 for a basic service on a Mazda Demio. Absolutely ridiculous price, especially when I could have had the exact same service done for $69 off a Grabone deal. I only tried here as I work across the road so I assumed it would be easier but ended up costing me a fortune. Never going here again and have warned everyone I know about their unorthodox pricing. After this experience the other staff members I work shared their stories of being over charged by 4 Guys Hamilton. Save your money and go somewhere family owned with some integrity.
Nice toys and good prices. Friendly service. The sales people let you do your thing they dont crowd you the whole time.
Well presented car yard, some beautiful American muscle! I bought my car from here after also visiting another car yard with a very high review rating but found these guys better to deal with and had the nicer car. Hopefully after sales service and support will be just as easy to deal with!!
