Disapointing had to fork out $500 for a service supposed to take 2 hours more like almost 4 hour wait.i though i was a good customer always paid my accounts on time paid cash for a New SsangYong. Then i had to pay up front for service Very Disapointing
6 mechanics in there and none of them no how to diagnose problems with their own Utes! To the point where they send too hard basket vehicles to Turbo and diesil specialists. DO NOT take your vehicle here, just ends up being a cash cow for them
Saved my partner $300, just travelling 2 hours south. Worth taking a day off work for. Great service, wonderful staff.
They told me that the consumer guarantee act doesn't apply to them, so I could take the car but his word were "don't come back here when it breaks".. so we left. The sales men didn't bother to check the car that I came down from Auckland to buy, no water in radiator and there was an obvious oil leek. The front seat almost sent us through the windscreen because it wasn't bolted down. No headlight etc.. apparently they're entire workshop FULL of mechanics couldn't look over it? If your gut instinct tells you they're taking you for a ride, they probably are.
A great team of people here. They were easy to talk to and were very good at making my experience looking for a new car an enjoyable one.

Talked to Ben. In the end sale didn't go through but I'd rate him as one of the most approachable, genuine, friendly, and helpful sales people I talked to. Still wonder if the T60 wasn't the way to go after all but happy with our decision in the end. Thanks Ben! Highly recommended.
absolutely fantastic. Matt could not be more helpful. We were not booked in. he went to look at the job for us and he completed 3 jobs for us. my husband is a mechanic. retiring soon and we are so pleased on how we were treated and looked after that we have found the mechanic and shop we will go too. He is a lovely young man . Ssangyong be very proud of this guy.
New LDV Vans look good but when we went to take a closer look found they were all locked. Sales guy told us the yard person was too lazy to" unlock the vehicles this morning" He then offered to do zilch about it. If someone like this before any $$$ spent what they going be like for after sales service.
