Organising the first service for our Outlander PHEV was a seamless experience. An estimate of costs was provided up front so there were no surprises. Excellent communication via email and text. A loan cart was made available which was very convenient. Having the car washed and vacuumed was a bonus.
We have just taken delivery of our new beautiful " Impulse Blue " Triton from Ingham Mitsubishi . We were very impressed with Chris*s manner, product knowledge ,and patience, he had to work quite hard to succeed with this one .On pick up day we had Justine and Kim to assist us as well .A great team to help us on our new journey. It is good if the receptionists also have some basic knowledge about the main battery and some technical terms such as SOH of the battery or SOC of the battery, OBD adapter etc. Positives: Smiling and welcoming faces.
Since purchasing 3 Vehicles from Mitsubishi Hamilton always found them always helpful and have given me great service I recommend them highly.
The worst service I ever had with a car dealer. Disappointment at every stage - price negotiation ,car delivery , registration , pick up broken promises, I like the brand MITSHUBISHI but buying from this place was like hell. The branch manager Chris always asked me to step backdiscouraged even after paying the advance and delay in deliver due to transportation mistake on their end. Really terrible experience so far, feels like stuck with this Branch after spending a huge amount. I have reported this to the top management but no response so far.
Plenty of parking and several brands beyond Mitsubishi on the yard. Nice premises. Friendly and helpful staff on previous visits. Closed on Boxing Day.

Service that can not be faulted! This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Ingham Mitsubishi 4th if you include my father’s Outlander. On all occasions we have dealt with Kent Lyall and had awesome and personalised service. On this particular occasion purchasing our new generation 2022 Outlander, Kent and sales manager Chris O’Shea went well above and beyond to make our experience an amazing one! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and to have future dealings with their team. Thanks guys!
