Easy to book service online. Warm welcome at reception when delivering my SUV for service. Good to know approximate cost of service at time of bringing vehicle in. As promised, received a phone call to say vehicle ready. My SUV was presented back to me clean and tidy. SUV is running well.
Not even deserve 1-star rating. I had quoted my Hyundai Veloster for tailgate button replacement and side mirror glass replacement by Ingham Hyundai service department. As per the quote I have ordered mirror through them and waited 3-4 weeks to get the parts from overseas. I got a call from them that the parts are arrived. Dropped the car to their service station and later got a call from them that the car is fixed. I went to pick the car and paid their bills. I went near to the car then found the mirror glass is not there anymore my old mirror was broken inside- but able to use it before. I went back to them and informed. Then their service manager came to talk to me. Then he said we need to replace the whole mirror. So I asked then what's the purpose of the quote you provided. I actually bought a part prepaid for the parts from overseas- lack of parts in the country which is not needed for this repair and waited 3 weeks. Now I have 2 mirror in my hand-no use and can't drive my car without side mirror. The best part of this story was- The service manager said the diagnostic can be wrong and we can't guarantee that. So I asked then why you people didn't inform me at all when you called me to say the car is ready. He didn't answered that and not even apologised for their mistake. I just took my car and drive away with regrets for trusting Hyundai. Think twice before you making any decisions about Hyundai. Worst service I ever had and never recommend to anyone. Buy it if you are ok to face these issues. Not even deserve a 1-star rating.
The service and resetting of warning signals was arranged and carried out quickly and to suit our distance from the Hamilton dealership. The collection and return of our car was a much appreciated service and done efficiently and quickly. This level of service is appreciated from a large dealership who go the extra distance to give confidence in purchasing a new and outstanding EV, SUV.
I was really impressed with the office staff. I got a courtesy car and my car was ready when she said it would be. The quote was correct with no hidden costs. When I got the car not only was it serviced but it was cleaned inside and out which I really appreciated.
Thanks for a quick, professional service on my car, -1 4 DOR. It was ready for me in such a short time. A bonus was the personal hand over of the key, beside the car, by a lovely, friendly young lady. Doreen.
