Had a bad experience here a few months back. Decided to go back due to it's convenient location. I got served by two great guys who gave me the full run down on what I was purchasing, how to use it, lots of awesome advice. Super happy I went back. Great job guys and I am stoked with the quality of the line trimmer and edger I bought.
Purchased a Stihl line trimmer from these guys. Cant remember the blokes name, but he was very informative, showed me everything one would need to know when purchasing equipment. Went throught start up, fuel requirements, storage in off season etc etc. Ended with just call us if you have any issues. Couldnt ask for better service
Pretty terrible service from here. Dropped my mower in for a service, was told it would take a week. 3 weeks later I find out it hasn't been done. Finally after another 3 days and multiple phonecalls, it got done. Now having trouble with another unit I recently purchased and was told "contact the manufacturer directly", no email address, phone number etc provided. The "amazing" service these other reviews speak of receiving doesn't seem to include myself.

I was advised my lawn mower was ready for collection after servicing. I explained I didn't have transport to bring it home. They offered to deliver it free of charge. Next day on trying it out I found it wouldn't go. I rang them and Jim offered to come after work to have a look at it. He discovered the plastic throttle was broken He rang back to the workshop to request someone to deliver a new one asap and this was done. Jim then replaced the throttle and now it works like a charm. Excellent cheery service and a very happy customer.
I finally made the switch from petrol to battery, buying a STIHL commercial hedger, i must say I'm so impressed with the gear and feel the guy that helped me at Tuggy power centre was spot on, very happy with the service and equipment
Very knowledgable, worked with me according to my own needs, didnt try to upsale me and replaced the lesser stock whipper snipper cord with better cord before i left.
All the staff are just simply good people. They go above and beyond to help customer's. I wouldn't buy any lawn product's without seeing these guys first.
Upgraded my old Brigges& Stratton 4.2 cc Vista to a Masport 4 5 cc using same body and changed Blades. Enjoying the new easy start engine. Needs a oil change and new back wheels spring washers soon Good Service, Competitive Solutions and I think saving buying a brand new one for double the cost!
These guys are great. I needed a chainsaw for my husband and they told me everything I needed to know so we didn't get the problems we had with our last chainsaw. They spent heaps of time with me on the phone and in person and even left a message on my phone today to see how the new saw was holding up. I must say too, our new stihl is fantastic. We chopped more wood in one day than what we managed in a whole year with our old saw. Their advice on chain type for the wood we have was spot on. Thank you!
