Mark was friendly, professional and extremely timely. I had a fix that was very time sensitive and he made the processes stress-free. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and even rang me a few times to keep me posted on how everything was going. I could not recommend him highly enough! Great affordable and professional service with high quality customer service - what more could you want!

My 6yo PC packed it in while attempting to upgrade the OS. I found Mark at Aussie PC Fix after an online search of recommended repairers. He soon identified that the HDD had failed. Whilst he said he could repair, his advice was to simply to replace the computer. He recovered all my files from the old PC for me to transfer to my new computer. Mark's prices are very reasonable, he is happy to give unbiased advice and his service is very prompt. Highly recommended

Strongly can't recommend enough. Great service and Mark gave me an update really quickly as to whether or not my hard drive was savable. I think he realise that in this day and age that people get a little high strung when it comes to data lose. So his positive attitude towards his repairs also provide some peace of mind.

Took my PC to Mark as Windows would not boot. He was able to recover all my data and diagnose the problem (faulty sectors on the hard drive). He did the work for me quickly and he kept me informed about progress. I would definitely use him again and I am very happy to recommend him.
