Appalling, ever since it went under new management, it has hit rock bottom, the new manager has never been in the building game, and has soured some local builders to not return , He either needs to move on else where or take a good look how much their takings have dropped

Frame and truss joint only sell to trades with account there

Absolutely disgusted. Just because your not a builder building a house means your not as important and your order isn’t urgent. We ordered a special make door over three weeks ago. Original door arrived but incorrect design. Door was meant to arrive yesterday but according to them it wasn’t put on a truck because a builder had a bulk urgent order to arrive. 1 star is more then they deserve.

These guys are great. Online ordering is a cinch; deliveries are super-fast, and the delivery fee is very reasonable.

Although they didn't have what I was after in stock, I was provided a recommendation as to where to try. Friendly and really helpful
