Staff are useless and lazy. We went in today for some cupboard handles. We found where they’d be but there were none on the hook. Staff at the counter informed us there were 9 in stock, and suggested we ask the staff in the aisle. We asked the man in the aisle, who quickly confirmed that there was indeed 9. He left and returned with another male staff member, presumably his supervisor, and asked him where they would be. They both looked up and down the aisle briefly, then looked at the small cart of opened boxes at the end. We were then told that they were on the cart waiting to be unpacked and we should come back later today or tomorrow. If they were in a pallet of stock out the back, I could understand. But this cart was small. It would take no more than five minutes to locate the items for us. They could not be bothered. They didn’t even appear busy, and the store was much quieter than I usually find it. Terrible service from useless people. We checked the cart ourselves. They were in the second box we checked - not under anything, not hard to find, no need to go through every box as it was clear what was in some so we could narrow it down. We found them ourselves in about thirty seconds. I’m yet to have a single positive experience in any Bunnings store other than the times I can walk in, grab what I need without requiring assistance, and get out. I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
Shelley in the garden centre at Tuggers Bunnings is a very helpful person. Understanding I needed to pop my yet unpaid for roses in a safe place while I entered the main shop, Shelley agreed with a smile to look after them. Professional and courteous behaviour that I really appreciated. It made my day and reassured me that the world has kindness. Thanks. Plus the roses were on special at a great price.
I remember walking into Bunnings many many moons ago and the struggle to find something simple like stripe paint was impossible. Their website was clunky, their staff had zero clues where the heat beads were located but now….they have created a brilliant business model where most likely every store is identical to the other one 1 hour away and their website can direct to exactly where to find the left handed screw drivers.

I've always loved Bunning's super low prices ever since I could appreciate it. And from memory, no product from bunnings has ever been faulty. Also, the other day my Dad and I went to buy a RYOBI blower which has been working exceptionally and was great value.
So dissapointed in the customer service from here and lies that I am clearly being told from the staff here. I put in an order for delivery on the 21st of december it is now the 24th and I still haven't received my order. Everytime I call the person on the other end of the phone tell me that my order is on the truck and will be here shortly. Still no order. This is not good enough, and will not be returning to this store in the future
Well laid out, huge range of products, numerous departments with specialty team members, spacious, easy access, coffee shop, toilet, heaps of disabled parking & plenty of check outs
My favourite Bunnings, it always has what I need, and even on my 5th trip in a day while doing some DIY, it feels good to shop around for the options I need.
Rep in aisle 12 went out of her way to open the ozito pressure cleaner so I could find the correct replacement. Amazing customer service. Thank you to the lady that helped so sorry I didn't grab your name !
I would like to thank Lisa at Tuggeranong for her friendly service. She was extremely helpful to myself and my 89 year old mother who was buying outdoor dining furniture. She approached us offering her assistance and followed through to the purchase,with helpful advice along the way. Thank you Lisa.
