Listed close time 5:00pm I ring at 4:28pm so I may confirm my appointment first thing tomorrow morning. I'm "next in the queue" for 12 minutes. At 4:40pm I'm hung up on and I ring back twice to just get the out of work hours voicemail. Pathetic. Edit: Fortunately the Doctors are excellent and help make up for poor reception.

Easily the best Dr service in Darwin/Palmerston and the most helpful polite reception staff up front. Dr Naidu is extremely professional and tells it how it is especially with controlled medications. He will go out of his way to provide the needs you require for a better outcome of your medical conditions. Best Dr I have ever had. Thanks to Dr Naidu my life has become easier to live with my medical condition due to his medical expertease. Recommend for all to visit.

Dr Aj is seriously the best Doc in Palmerston, he actually listens to you and is very thorough, no in and out in a minute left wondering how any Doc no matter how experienced could possibly send you off with a script and diagnosis within 3mins, actual care and thoughtful listening.

Reception staff are fantastic. Pity its taken months to get a regular doctor. Even more so they now have a 2 week waiting list to see anyone.

I changed over to Tristar on advice from a nurse a few years back. Best choice l have made. Doctors are thorough, there is no rushing you in and out. Im pleased with the service provided.

Pathetic mis behaviour of those receptionist. Seriously They need a training to deal with people.

The only place in the world a doctor will yell at you because you disagree with something they said. I would never return to this clinic if I didn't have to.

Probably the best doctors service in Palmerston. No long waiting times, friendly teceptionist and knowledged doctors.
