Palmerston GP Super Clinic

Attended the clinic with my daughter in January for a foot injury. Two of the doctors there recommended (insisted) on proceeding with one particular treatment, which opposed what I believed should be done. I eventually agreed to their treatment and have now, after advice from Health Direct, seen another doctor (and potentially a specialist) to rectify the damage done at the 'super' clinic. Not one of these other doctors can fathom why the treatment suggested (and ultimately undertaken) was done. Every reaction has been "Why would they do that!!??". Aside from performing the wrong treatment, the service and care received by the primary doctor was not great - most notably when they stabbed a pair of tweezers into the wound due to a complete lack of interest or compassion. However, the nurse on duty at the time was excellent and I wish she had been the primary health professional in charge of care. I'll never go there again.

Absolute joke of a place! Went in to ask one question to be given a phone number to call and was charged $80

Excellent service and professionalism when people are potentially at their most stressed. So great to have facilities like this in Palmerston!
