We operate across Australia and are tasked by the Australian Government with coordinating primary health care delivery, and tackling local health care needs and service gaps.

Story

We help Territorians receive the right health care, in the right place, at the right time by:

- commissioning the delivery of health services;
- providing support to the primary health care workforce; and
- supporting integration across the acute and primary health care sectors.

Mission

Our vision is that people in the Northern Territory enjoy their best health and wellbeing. We strive to achieve this vision by building local partnerships, and directing resources for an integrated and high quality primary health care system.
