Top End Medical Centre

I had a really bad experience couple of times when i went to see this docter Nishant Ranjit. Really bad patience service . No smile and looks reallly angry. I asked to give him a prescription for the nasal spray which says on the paket -needs prescription- and he says i can get it of the counter . Which later on when i went to the medical i was fooled coz it clearly says on the paket - needs medical prescription-

Needed to present with wound which had been dressed on Wednesday by this clinic and then needed to be redressed at 24 hr clinic Palmerston the next day. Due to being Sunday and close proximity, I phoned the surgery enquiring if there was a wait time etc. The woman who answered was rude from the onset and totally unhelpful. I then enquired if there was a 24 hour clinic close by, which, she "didn't know". Perhaps from south??? I don't appreciate rudeness especially from a woman who is being paid to give a service. Duty of care doesn't apply to this practice. Perhaps this employee should take note - It's not always what you say...it's HOW you say it.

Really helpful staff. Took care of my vaccinations ahead of a trip away. Didn't wait long, doctor was gentle, got everything I needed efficiently and the staff were friendly. Waiting room is quote comfortable, nice and bright and parking was easy.

Bloody dreadful said i needed sleep studies. Wouldn't know his arse from his earhole. AMA will be notified

Reception sent me on a 20-30 min foot journey because they can't give directions. "Not in Casuarina shopping mall" (Google directed me there) would have been a start, followed by the actual street address and "you should probably grab your car". "Do you know ..." doesn't help non-locals. The female GP I saw had hearing comprehension problems and was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. After saying that I was present because "I lost my scripts in the move" I was immediately asked for said scripts, which is beyond frustrating. Repeat ×3 and you think you're going crazy! It didn't end there either :(. The female GP I saw really needs to practice her listening skills!! I should have heeded the advice of reviewers and my housemate not to go here. Needless to say, I recommend you AVOID this practice. If you're unwell you'll leave feeling much worse off.
