I tried to visit from a remote community, explained where I was coming from. Although they managed to book me in, I wasn't told I needed a referral. Then after getting a taxi all the way there, I arrive to be told the doctors are all out and they've "been trying to get a hold of me"...even though I booked via email and never received an email or sms about it. Now wont be seen until December.
All is good, great team of doctors and friendly staff.
Reception staff are very rude!
Great care and respectful staff.
