Unbelievable. Drove around for ages trying to find this place due to no signage. Finally found it and it had closed at 12 midway????? Get your act together your in the health services. Shame full!
Western diagnostic pathology Casuarina, NT 0810 worst ever. Located in Carepoint medical centr Lady at the front desk extremely unfriendly and rude at times. They never bothered providing us with a receipt. Been more than 3 weeks and still waiting for the receipt to claim. Next step, going to raise this issue to Fair Trade.
Absolutely rude lady sitting in the pathology in Perth. Have no knowledge about what she’s doing and what’s happening. She doesn’t want to understand the urgency. She said the reports are not ready and would take 3-4 more days as the Machine is not working but when I called the clinic, all reports were already faxed in the morning! Ridiculous! Don’t visit or rely on them if you need medical reports urgently.

Very long waiting time. Waited 1 1/2 hour just for blood test. Better put an appointment system in place rather than wasting customer's time.
Rude staff, Poor service, long waitings. Do not give proper information. Poor communication.
Very rude arrogant, she was resist Do Not want to see or visit this clinic ever again.
