What an absolute joke, arrived at the Humpty Doo clinic at 12 and the store was closed. Clearly went off for an early lunch despite there being a sign on the door saying their lunch was 1pm -1.30pm. Complete and utter donkey around trying to get ahold of them on the phone never mind them having NOT opened the clinic at allocated time. After I started making a complaint I was placed on hold for around 2 hrs. Would've been quicker getting my own ultrasound degree so the Mrs. doesn't Yano... Die

Lost 3 hours of work (casual) just because i had to wait for them to be back from their early lunch break.
