Appointment Information:
Short appointment – Renewed Prescriptions and ongoing referral letters (10mins)
Normal appointment – Routine care, preventive care, routine chronic care, referral letters to new specialists (10-15 mins)
Long appointment – Excisions, complex conditions (20 mins)
Extra long appointment – Full medical check-ups, health assessments, counselling, patient’s carer or translator is present (30mins)

Note:
* One appointment is required for each family member requesting to be seen.
* Each doctor has a designated time allocated for home visits to see patients that are unable to attend the Practice.
* We do not give results over the phone.

Poor service. I understand this is a business however if they failed to provide you what you came in for and then they insist that you need to book again - and pay another fee - really poor just a money grabbing business. Reception is busy and rude and under pressure. Would be better to go to a different clinic than this one
This is not a clinic, it's a money making machine. Better off checking your problem on Google then seeing a Dr, as Dr will do the same and will print you a Google link. Reception team is amazingly useless. Half of the staff/ Dr's don't speak english you have to guess what they are trying to say. Wait time also great, If you are lucky you might get your turn after an hour, or worse tell you that the doctor has left for the other clinic in Parap. Also, they send you for other tests without doing any examination first.
I would highly recommend this gp, as it is so inviting and the staff are so nice in providing positive communication. Dr. Tapiwa is the best in providing care and suggestions, and I felt so confident in expressing my concerns. The best gp so far in NT with great hospitality.
Dr. Sunil Gupta is rude! I booked a long appointment but still felt like I was being rushed out. I went there to discuss mental health issues and left feeling worse!!
Top end stuart park doesnt even deserve 1 star… no sympathy with patient doesnt even look u in the eye. Feels like every visit there is a 5mins timer….
These guys are deceitful in their medical advice. Do not trust them. Absolutely terrible service. The doctors are put under so much unnecessary pressure by the companies unethical policies.
Absolutely disgusted that not a single doctor on duty could take 5 minutes to look at my 13 month old son when he was hurt and bleeding, instead sending us away to find another option ourself. We ended up having to go to Emergency, and waiting nearly three hours grateful that he was by no means the sickest there, so I completely understand the wait there so he couldn't sleep or eat until after 3pm, wasting their time and resources, all because these doctors were so cold and heartless to refuse to give even a couple of minutes to a little boy who has been there previously.
Not even worth a star Worst receptionist ever ! I had an appointment at 2pm , waiting for 45mins Check with the receptionist and she said the appointment is 2.30pm I showed her the confirmation message about the 2pm appointment and still saying its 2.30pm Not even apologize or say anything Very rude and bad manner Never go to this place Disgusting service
Just took my 2 year old daughter and the doctor prescribed medication antibiotics. Got to the pharmacy to find out that the medication is no longer available in Australia
Terrible experience. Visited Dr Eggen in Stuart Park because of disc hernia could barely walk, he didn't ask any questions let alone examine me, after 3 min he gives me a prescription and tells me "sorry but I have to keep going". A waste of time and money. My friend visited Dr Robindro Chatterji because of a suspected infection. Dr said he was ok and told him to take ibuprofen. That same night he ended up in hospital having emergency surgery followed by 2 days in the ICU.
