Absolutely pathetic! Been here 3 times now. 1st time wait over an hour, 2nd time they did not have the anaesthetic they needed to do the booked in procedure, 3rd time today, again running late and told possibly another hour long wait. Walked out! Why make appointments if you can't even be close to keeping them. You people have no consideration what so ever for the public and their wasted time. Some of us also have other schedules we need to meet. So here i go again trying to find a reliable doctor. Won't be back here thats for sure.
Dr Sam is very professional and caring Dr we ever found. We highly recommend to everyone. Top End should be proud to have him on board.
What a joke suffering from wax in ears ask for appointment told to call stuart park got told no nurses available call gateway same reply I done with you mob to top off the week with the appoint for 9am doctor call in at 9 20 traffic jam not good enough
The perfect doctors the perfect staff office and the perfect nurses and also very friendly people so are in there look no further for having appointments to the best support when ypu are not well or when you need to complete all your remaining vaccinations thanks so much all this friendly and successful service
Quite possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. Apparently patients don't deserve any type of customer service from the reception staff and they are not expected to do their jobs!!!!
Booked an appointment at TopEnd Medical Rosebery made me us for 90minutes in the car to be seen. Checked in several times for an update got given bogus answers like "yep your up next", " You should be up next doctor will call you soon I will remind him!" Next minute I see my doctor running to the servo. I won't be waiting on the car next time regardless, they tend to forget about you.
Dr Da Silva male, please learn to listen to the patient explain how they are feeling, their worries and why they want to see or speak with a Dr. Please listen more and talk less. It a patient’s time and money; so, let the patient describe how they are feeling, and their worries before you interrupt, misinterpret and misquote them. Today you exhibited extremely poor communication skills for GP. Please also take time to review a patient’s file before going into a consult with them. You must be ashamed of yourself to be asking if I have previously attended the practice yet this information is on my profile. The most disgusting bit is when you acknowledged that “oh yes, you have been here in $$$$$ month” after browsing through my profile for close to 2 minutes while I’m waiting on the other end of the Tele-consult.
After having both bad experiences at Stuart park that was a disaster and gateway an hour wait . Rosebery I couldn’t recommend highly enough , lovely staff awesome doctors , clean facilities and not overly crowded !! Best doctors in the top end Edit: 20/1/2022 , excellent service and DR Ajith Silvia best GP in Darwin , goes beyond for his patients with great medical knowledge. Highly recommend
These guys would have the be the rudest and most unorganised selfish Medical Centre I have ever visited. I had come in for an appointment which I had booked, at 12.00 pm where I had waited an extra hour to be seen by a Doctor. After an hour later I was finally called in by the doctor where I was then recommended to have a blood test done by the pathologist who was absolutely utterly rude, who basically said she was on lunch and to take my blood test paperwork elsewhere and walked out for her lunch break. I had then asked the receptionist If I could possibly wait for the pathologist to finish lunch so I could get my blood test done after. Basically they had cut me off and told me to leave as they were all having lunch. Overall my experience was disgusting. The receptionist's were blatantly rude that did not care about anyone but themselves. I WOULD NOT recommend going to these guys unless you want the rest of your day to be completely ruined. Any medical centre puts their clients first. These guys are the complete opposite. DO NOT GO HERE...
I found Dr Sam very professional, caring & at the same time very friendly. I would recommend Dr Sam for anyone seeking for a family doctor. Thank you.
