I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I attended while feeling unwell, only to later receive a call from administrative staff asking whether I had taken a phone from the doctor’s office.nI found this highly inappropriate and upsetting. If the clinic had any doubts, they have cameras and can review them rather than calling patients and putting them in such an uncomfortable position. Asking a patient if they took a phone is unprofessional and made me feel wrongly suspected.nPatients should be treated with respect and sensitivity, especially when they come in for medical care. I hope the clinic improves how it handles situations like this in future.
Worst experience at the reception, they need a proper training about what’s going on in clinic. She just checked in my baby and we waiting 30min and then she told us the doctor was with different clinic and left. Appointment Date : 18-06-2026 at 4pm.
Poor maintenance. The doctor that attend my wife is nice and well knowledgeble but the consultation room stinks so much that i want the consultation to end quickly so we can get out of the room.
I have been a long-term client at Palmerston Medical Clinic on Maluka Drive, but I’ve decided to move to another medical centre due to ongoing negative experiences. While some of the doctors are professional and caring, the administrative staff have repeatedly been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.nnThere have been several incidents where my appointments were booked incorrectly despite giving clear instructions. For instance, I specifically requested telehealth appointments due to my late work hours, yet on multiple occasions, in-person appointments were scheduled instead. When I followed up, I was told I wasn’t eligible for telehealth — which I understood — but I was frustrated that in-person appointments were still made without my consent. When I raised this concern, the staff member insisted that they “don’t make mistakes like that,” implying the error was mine. I was then told I would be charged for missed appointments I never agreed to. During one such call, when I tried to explain the situation, the staff member abruptly ended the conversation, saying she was busy.nnIn addition, important medical documents have been mishandled — some scanned so poorly that other doctors couldn’t read them, and others destroyed without proper care. Unfortunately, this pattern of unprofessional behaviour and lack of accountability has made it difficult to trust their services. I would recommend seeking care from other clinics that value professionalism, respect, and patient wellbeing.
Doctors are nice but DO NOT use the link to check in like you’re told too because it won’t work and you’ll be left waiting hours with no updates! Why send a check in message if it doesn’t work….
