Very rude and outrageous male hairdresser.We went there to just ask about the keratin treatment because i want to enquiry first after all it's my hair and then we went on the other side at the lucas in chatswood chase and we didn't know it is also Aveda and i asked them about the keratin and in the mean time the male staff jumped into the coversation and said are you guys following me and i didn't really get what he was trying to say and then he just kept saying that and in the end he said i think you have enquired there then why you came here do you think it's gonna be different price but the way he said was very rude.But the other lady staff were very polite but i just lost interest to go there because they don't value their customers.Who the hell he is to tell us where we should go.Really dissapointing👎👎👎👎

I've had the worst hair cut of my life by a master stylist at this salon a week ago. My naturally full medium textured hair (that is probably the easiest hair to cut) has uneven short layers and looks like a mullet because they must have taken a razor to the ends of my hair. This is the second bad experience I have had at this salon. I have just had my hair fixed by putting in extensions! My hair extension stylist confirmed my fears about my hair and can not believe that a master stylist did a job that even I could do better at home! Save your money, confidence and mental stability and do some research before you commit!

I went in yesterday with a bit of a hair disaster.  Jordana took time to talk with me about the options and then did a beautiful colour. I loved the service; Jordana was fabulous so now I'm booked in for a cut on Thursday.☺

Love this salon, definitely one of the best in Sydney! Everyone is always really friendly, welcoming and professional and I always love my hair after visiting the salon and make it feel personalised to my needs. Thanks again Tribe :)
