I never complain about my haircut but this time I can't tolerate it anymore. 
1. Hairdresser cut my hair in different thickness which shows a different color.
2. 1 side of my hair is not straight. I tried to point it to him but he keeps on cutting my hair without even knowing where the problem is. 
Then I kindly asked "Can you see which part is not straight?"
He looked like he didn't have any clue so I kindly asked his colleague to help him out. The other colleague can see the problem easily and redo my whole hair. We thank them and we're ready to leave
3. Then another lady (maybe the owner?) started complaining "Different people have different level. Its a $15 cut. What do you expect? I feel sorry for my staff. If you are not happy, don't come". 
I was shocked that she is the one complaining and I am the one paid and said thank you.

To be honest, I was already frustrated because I only asked for a trim. Instead, he ruined my hair. The place is called a Salon, which I expect them to be able to cut STRAIGHT. 
Best of luck for this Salon. I hope they can train their staff better. So people won't feel sorry

I've been coming here at least three years and really like it. They are very affordable, do an efficient job and you always have a nice cut. For those not keen to chat with a hairdresser it's perfect, as their English is so limited. I know I'm not the only one as they always have a stream of customers (literally standing room only when school goes back!)

I'm surprised to see accusations of rudeness and racism, I have certainly never felt unwelcome.

This is a place and experience I wouldnt even wish for the owners themselves..... lollz... If i could have thought I would have made a video of how disgustingly demeaningly racist these guys are....then share that on social media... i went into the shop with my 4 yr old and tried asking if they have any hair dresser available for a hair cut now or else would like to book an appointment... the girls and shopkeeper looked at me and continued doing their work... no response... i thought they did not understand and i tried talking again... to which he started muttering something like abusive words and started rolling his eyes.... my son was watching all this... i stormed out of the shop with tear in my eye... my son asked me why was that guy so rude? 

Its Christmas time... and I can only say... may you get what you deserve....
