Hairdresser ok, nice and friendly. But lady confirming appointments at the cash till is not trustworthy. Will confirm haircut will be $50, then charge $55, then next time will confirm $55 and insist on charging $60. Same hairdresser who knows customer’s hair well enough. All for $5 gain each time.
Great Korean hair salon with a long history. Amazing, friendly and highly-skilled hairdressors.
This rate is purely based on the service the man had given towards finishing my hair. He charged me extra $40 because he said my hair took too long in Korean to his woman colleague. He probably thought I didn't understand but I did, couldn't be bothered arguing so I just left. I am sorry but I won't be back. Basically paid $190 for half head semi colour when the lady on the phone told me $150
I'll never be going back here again. I came in after a beachy holiday to have my split ends fixed up. I clearly said "just the ends" as I want to grow my hair and I walked out with a cut about 10cm shorter and even shorter front layers. What about "just the ends" can they not understand? I also paid $70 for a wash and a cut which was an absolute waste of money. These experiences make me not want to go to hair dressers at all!
Nightmare service, went there for a standard pricy 35 dollars hair cut. The hairdresser did not speak too much English. When I told her what to do with my hair she seems understand. When I politely ask her to trim more on the backside. She started to get a bit impatient and annoyed. It’s all written on her face and I am pretty sure she muttered the S word towards me. I pretend I didn’t not hear that cos it’s not worth to have a confrontation with people who speak a little English. The haircut is also very average . I would definelty not recommend this place to anyone.
spent 300 bucks to do a bleach, followed by a copper coloured dye. i insisted that i didn't want something too dark or too light and my hair turned out orange-y copper in the end which i am not happy about. My roots were bleached way too much compared to the bottom of my hair...should the hairstylist have known that being an asian and bleaching once would give an orange colour, there was still no advice given to me. would not recommend.
Went last week to try, worst cut ever. Said at least 5 times not to cut the right side as I'm growing it out. It was also pretty clear just by looking at the difference in length. First thing they do is blend it with a 2. there goes the last two months of growing it out. After this, I said I may as well try something else then. and asked for a 0 fade. but got a number 3 blend. just terrible.
Me and my friend went there for hair cut. We were absolutely happy with the result . Though there’s some language barrier ,still they give their best to explain everything in details.
