Thank you so much to James who did the most amazing job on my hair. I've never walked out of a salon without the slightest bit of doubt until today! He changed my boring brunette hair into the nicest natural blonde. I'm so grateful to both him and the other girls who helped out. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!

I think I may be one of the longest standing clients of LUC ESPACE going on 12 years.I have always been looked after with great service & attention & walk out feeling fantastic. The team is like my family. I have made great friends with some of the staff. This is my happy place. Being a freelance make-up artist it is so nice to have a place to go to where i can get pampered & have an experience. The world of "good looks" is a tough job & these guys are great at it. From the blue oil, hair massage, Aveda tea & always impeccable cut & styling. I can't say a bad word! LOVE YOU GUYS!

Treated appallingly! After booking our appointment weeks earlier, we were called by the salon the night before to cancel it, because "they were too busy". Tracey the receptionist was abrupt, rude, and clearly in the wrong job! Terrible terrible customer service. Rudely dealt with. Our first visit was so bad, the second was to correct the initial work(for which Michelle did a great job ), and the salon has just cancelled the third! That's 1/3 .... well done Luc Espace!!!!

After being a customer for more than 15 years I have been very disappointed at my last visit to the salon, I was treated with outmost disrespect from so called manager at Luc Escape, after messing up my appointment, he was not not apologetic, nor trying to solve the problem he was ready to argue with the customer???? His quote "people wait at doctors room, why not at hairdresser? What is the difference?"
