This is the first time in a long time that I’ve walked out happy with my hair cut! Reuben did an amazing job and was happy to take the time to give me advice and tips. Even just the little things like the warm towel on my shoulders before getting my hair washed, nice head massage which wasn’t rushed, and generous with the shampoo/conditioner samples! Thanks Reuben! Will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today. I came in needing to get my colour fixed from a bad job at another salon and Jess and Reuben took care of me. It was fixed faster than I expected and came out looking better than I expected. Truly exceeded my expectations. I just wish I came here first! I think I have finally found my new salon after searching high and low for the past year! They also stock amazing products that are hard to find in Aus! A++++++ experience! Thank you Jess and Reuben for this wonderful experience!!!

The salon itself was super lovely and professional. It was extremely clean with beautiful décor and staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Despite having originally having a minor incident with my colour, the staff acted quickly and rectified this, going way beyond the lengths they needed to. 

Such an remarkable place to get your hair done, the customer service here was extraordinary with each staff member really caring about you, going out of their way to make sure you are comfortable at all times. 

 Such a fantastic experience and I honestly can’t wait to go back.  Can't speak highly enough of this salon and its fantastic team.

Booked a consult a couple weeks back. Spoke to a really nice man over the phone but when I got in and waited I was greeted by the very unpleasant Jessica. As I told her what I wanted she treated me like a baby and was very rude and condescending. She also cut a strand of my hair to do a test and said she would do it the following day and get back to me. I still have not received a call... Really dissapointed as I was willing to commit and have my hair done here.
