I was referred here - although the decor is lovely and the staff are nice, the finished product is sub-satisfactory, especially because everywhere else for shellac infill I pay $45 and here I pay $60. I had shellac done - within the first 2 days the shellac had chipped in 3 places. I went and had it fixed, and then the next night another nail chipped - once more, i took time out of my day to get it fixed (and they kept telling me to come back in half an hour)... Today, the entire nail on my ring finger peels off - it has been less than a week. 
This is atrocious - I dont have time to keep returning to get them fixed amidst a busy work day - safe to say I wont be coming here and will tell everyone else not to bother either!

The worst mani service I have ever received in Sydney. All my finger nails have become brittle and been chipping off since the staff here removed the old shellac coating with a spinning roller instead of the usual way with acetone. I assume she has done this to save time as I had informed the salon I had only an hour to get Mani and pedi (shelloc) done. The girl was rushing and I had felt burning sensation few times while she was running the roller all over my finger nails. If one hour was not enough to get both done, should have informed me so from the beginning. I ended up not getting the fresh shelloc coating on as my nails were hurting and there was less than 10minutes left by the time old shelloc coating was removed.
