Its pretty much a hit and miss in regards to making a booking with someone who actually understands you, I made a booking and tried to explain to the first person what I wanted and she could not understand me (why she was answering the phone I have no clue) someone else took over and I had to repeat everything again. I booked a laser hair removal and on my 2nd visit they could not find my sheet (which was literally an old piece of paper) so they did not know what 'level' I was up to and it felt like she did a much weaker setting then the first one. The ladies are very nice but I think they need a little more work on front of house/ phone call bookings. Maybe incorporate an online booking system? And the filing system needs to be looked at.

Avoid for lash extensions! 

Went to try here when they were running a Groupon. I have been getting lash extensions for a while and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My eyes were stuck together when the technician was done and then when I opened the result was super patchy lashes. The lady then re did the tape (tape which I do not think should be used around the eye area as it pulled every time it was taken off!). Again my eyes were painfully stuck together and when I opened a clump of lashes were curling sideways instead of up. A THIRD time I had the tape applied and a third time my eyes were glued shut to fix the problem, this time another technician had to come and assist. Once opened I was still not happy with how clumpy the lashes looked - the same length was used along the entire eyelid but at this point I my eyes were stinging and I had had enough and just wanted to leave this terrible experience. 

The glue was so thick and clumpy that when I went to another technician to have them removed my natural eye lashes were so damaged and I was told I was at risk of a serious infection as the thick glue was clogging up my ducts and follicles where new lashes would grow. In the time I had them on it hurt to blink and couldnt blink water out of my eyes.

When I called to complain I barely got an apology and no offer of compensation for such terrible experience. 

Avoid or at the least ensure that you will be seeing an experienced technician!

I go there for my eyelashes extensions and I love it! The ladies are so sweet and the price is very good. A minus would be that some of them don't speak English, but that's it!

My experience with both Monica and Cristine was lovely. Theyre very polite and gentle and my eyelash extensions look amazing. I came here through a groupon offer and they suggested to upgrade to softer lashes which i highly recommend.

U get what u pay for ! I bought a package 3 full eyelashes extensions for $145. First trip you g girl did good job. Second trip oldet women I believe to be the manager was sniffing n going out to reception constantly which is why the lashes started falling out immediately.  I called 10 days later to complain n told to come in to see what can be done. My booking eas for 11am the old lady was pampering herself n kept me waiting 45 min. Then told me it would cost extra $20  for better quality lashes!! Which not incl in my package #$%!! I agreed as I had an event to go to. Result was they lasted 5 days so had nothing to do with quality of the lashes but the beautician! Needless to say I eont bother going back again!
