I got a manicure here for $20 and I'm pretty happy. The technician paid attention to detail and made my nails look really nice. Plus the hand massage was awesome. The only problem I had was that the polish closest to my cuticle is a bit sheer

I got my nails done by May, and she was quite lovely. She was pleasant, polite and happy even though she’d already been working for 9 hours without a normal break! My nails look adorable, and she was so gentle with my cracked cuticle. She noticed that one of them had cracked and was still quite sore. Instead of spraying the rubbing alcohol onto my nail directly, she asked if my finger was sore (and when I told her that it had been), she gently sprayed the solution onto a towel and carefully wiped my nail. 

She was attentive, kind and really lovely. Would so recommend Ruby Room (and May especially) to my friends.

Had a lovely experience! The staff were friendly, polite and knew what they were doing. Had my nails done with shellac by May. Could see that she was having a long day but still gave me a friendly attitude :) very good customer service! 
So many colors to choose from, so definitely have to go back for other colors!

I finally found the perfect nail salon in Chatswood. Quick service, clean place , lovely staff and excellent choice of background music. Their massage chair are the top of the range.

Had such an awful first experience. Went in today to get my gel nails off and re done. The lady by the name of May sat me down and started to file the gel off, but all the way down to my natural nail. I told her that I would prefer to have them soaked off as I don't like to have my natural nails filed too much. She gave me the worst attitude and said that even acetone ruins nails and that it takes longer, I said I'd still prefer it and I was happy to wait. We went back and forth for a bit and she went to stand up but by that point I felt uncomfortable, I asked her if she was ok to continue the service but going by the attitude she gave me I guessed it wasn't. 

So I left. I will not support a business that won't respect customers wishes, especially when it isn't unreasonable. I hate going to ' nail technicians' who don't even know how to properly care for nails. I went over Professionail and they did an amazing job and understood exactly what I wanted.

I work in the area, in customer service so I won't be encouraging anymore to visit that salon based on my experience. What a shame.

* also as I’ve stated already I work in customer service. I get it’s Christmas and it’s a very busy time of the year but when you are offering a service to someone, particularly in the beauty industry you must listen to the customer regardless or not you’ve had a long day because so have I, hence the reason I wanted to get my nails done to relax but instead to cop attitude from someone because I asked nothing out of the ordinary. The staff member May might give amazing service but it definitely wasn’t with me!
