I’ve been training with Paul since 2009 after having my first child. With each pregnancy I gained 25plus legs. Paul and Diane have been such a great support in not only getting my weight back down to my pre-baby days but also in motivating and helping me stay positive and focused on what’s most important. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Paul makes training easy, challenging and fun and you really do see the results if you follow his recommendations and eating plan.

Greatest experience ever!  First treatment was so personal and the professional advise by Diane was great. 
Went to work the following week and had a number of people complementing me and asking if I had done something or changed makeup  as I was looking refreshed and great

I have been a regular client at Total Woman for the past 11 years and am always extremely pleased with the treatments and service i receive. After a facial, my skin always looks amazing, and I receive compliments from so many people that it's evident that the improvement is definitely noticeable. Diane uses state-of-the-art equipment to improve the texture of the skin. Many people think i am 15 to 20 years younger than my real age so I won't stop having these facials as i adore been flattered. Some of the treatments i have been having over the years include oxygen therapy and LED ultrasonic treatments, which i include in every facial. I also recommend the biomesosculpture which has a definite firming effect on the face and neck. I am grateful that I also have a regular leg wax as i never have the problem of an itchy rash that I used to have with shaving my legs. There are also many other treatments available there such as slimming treatments and different types of facials ,and Diane will analyse your skin and recommend the most suitable one. Diane is very professional and caring therapist and allows you to completely relax in the delightful ambiance with soothing music, which is by real musicians and not those irritating computerised sounds you hear so often. I enjoy my facials with Diane at Total Woman and always have such a pleasant experience there and leave knowing my skin looks great.
