Absolutely incredible service, Poppy and Angie are always warm and welcoming. They offer excellent prices, for their services, and are fast and efficient during waxing! They are always happy to offer good advice for any beauty care you may be wanting to work on in your at home regime. Poppy also has her own beauty products that are 100% natural, and I love them! They smell incredible, and are very soft on my skin, that can be sensitive to certain products. I've been going to Poppy for about 19 years!  She is an expert with facials, has researched and brought out her own skincare range which I use daily, and is the Eyebrow Queen.  Ange also has a reputation for being a brilliant waxer.  They both are, as others mention very personable and really care about the results of their treatments. Great value for money. Had a waxing session first time ever with exuberant Ange and she's so bubbly and friendly, I almost forgot that I was getting waxed. Very gentle and thorough, not awkward at all. Definitely recommend this place! A short walk from easy parking at Westfield is a plus!
