Using premium natural colours made of sunflower oils, tea tree, aloe vera, wheat extract, beeswax and honey - leaves your hair feeling glossy and luxuriously conditioned, and vibrantly healthy. Even our lighteners are made in Italy and ammonia free. We really care about hair.

I have been going to Vault Hair for around a year. I had very long, straight hair and was considering going short. I have never met such a bubbly personality like Lucia, she helped me get over my haircut nervousness and now I have an amazing cut and colour. Tess and the girls are a fantastic bunch, I feel like a VIP every time I go.

Tess has been my hairdresser for 20-something years.  She has amazing experience and can do just about anything with hair. In the last 18 months I have had long, short, and shaved hair. Tess did an amazing job with all of them and now into the growing it long again phase! She also has a great eye for colour and does a fantastic job! 
I never need to worry when Tess does my hair :)

Went here for a simple hair cut a couple of months ago for the first time. I asked for a straight cut with no layers and a fringe. 

A few minutes in the hairdresser got my side hair and chopped it diagonally in one snip. I freaked out a bit and had to ask her to stop. She continued to cut my hair after I clarified myself and she did the same thing again. My hair was very choppy and uneven, I have never gotten such a bad haircut in my life, and I'm not exaggerating what so ever. Even had a feeling that the girl cutting my hair wasn't a professional at all.

I was really upset I told them to stop, thinking I'd go home and fix it up myself, and when I asked how much it is they charged me $80!!! for a horribly uneven choppy haircut!!

I dont know how they have decent ratings here but take my word and don't go here. Extremely overpriced for their service and obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

Tess and the staff are so great and always make me look fabulous

Tess has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years now and I trust no one else. Although it may not sound like much coming from a guy, it was always a struggle to find someone who knew how to cut thick Asian hair properly without me looking like a toilet brush (!!) and Tess knows her stuff back to front. So, even though I now live on the other side of Sydney, I'll happily make the trip over to Chatswood (and even put up with Chatswood parking!) for a cut & wash. I've referred female friends to Vault as well and they've all been very happy; one of the most common comments is how well Tess does colours. Always warm, attentive and friendly, Tess and her team will look after you!
