I have been with Kayo for many years and overall had good experiences. I am not happy with my recent hair cut with a new hairdresser that I had to explain several times what I wanted but still I didn't get what I expected and was disappointing. It is a lesson to learn that not every hairdresser in Kayo are good, better to choose hair dresser I know can do a good job next time.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

The pic were taken under the natural day light cloudy 2months after the hairdressing day. This was my first visit on Kayo as usually I go to CBD. Overall they are very Japanese service and warm greeting on my arrival. The colouring I had is ash-brown but you can see it fade to reddish brown. My hair is not easy to be coloured and their colouring products smell bit chemical comparing to other Salon but only stayed for 25min to give my the colour so top layer colour stays well but inside gone. Sorry but the next time review I should have pic of new look on the day so it can be well compared in the few months later. Also the hair cut style is okie and I can’t really tell because only for the general length cut due to WFH 5months. Overall fairly good if you want to try have a nice environment to enjoy the hair style.

Kana is the one doing the cut and perm for me and i really love  herwork, she did amazing job doing my perm  very detail and putting her amazing effort. will come again for sure :

Had a digital perm done and turn out to be a disaster! My hair is so dry and dead half of the ends and didn't even curl at all and they charge me almost $380. It's so depressing after months of growing and taking care of my hair suddenly it became very dry, rough and damaged. The stylist should have just told me that he couldn't do it so I will not get it done but he said he will try. I wasted my money and have damaged my hair very bad and I started loosing lot's of hair too.
