Very happy with the service they supply!! Wasn’t sure exactly what style of haircut I wanted but they were very helpful in explaining my options & was delighted with the outcome. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit me in without much of a wait, price was also great. Will definitely be back again.
I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but its been quite hard. A couple of days ago I went in to get my hair dyed for the first time and since I have dark brown - black hair, we had to bleach it to get the colour that I wanted. This was my first time ever dying my hair and I put my full trust in them to do it well. I don’t have high standards for my hair- it just has to look at least half decent for all I care. For context, this was mostly an impulse decision and we walked in without making an appointment. It took about 5 minutes for us to get situated and despite it being my first time getting bleached, it felt like it was burning. I might have overreacted but it was one of the worst pains I have ever felt. Once we were done it took 24 hours for me to realise that i had gotten first degree burns from the bleach after having an inspection from someone else. Apparently it had not been properly washed out during the process which has left quite a bit of the bottom half of my scalp burned. The colour was choppy and uneven to put it bluntly. The staff were extremely accomodating but it does not change the fact that I had received burns from this experience. Please take this into consideration and read the reviews before you go somewhere.Service: Hair coloring
It was very nice service and good haircuts. We just drop in without booking but waiting only few minutes.
The little man who is the manager was angry at a female staff member for being honest and telling the customer there is a long wait. The little man wanted the customer to wait. I visited at a later date and was told by the little man that the next haircut was 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later it was obvious I would have to wait at least another 20 minutes. The little man is greedy and doesn’t care about his customers or his staff. The little man only cares about keeping customers in the waiting area and taking their money. The females staff are good, but I’d hate to let the little man cut my hair. I don’t want to see the little man.Service: Hairstyling
I was quite surprised reading the reviews. I’ve been going to Go Cutz for years and have never had a problem. I’ve had my hair cut, washed, blow dried and styled. I absolutely love my hair cut! Thanks so much Naz! The staff are nice as i’ve said never had a problem and am always happy with the end result. Thanks team!
A great experience. All the hairdressers are very experienced...Coco gave me the style that my great hairdresser used to give me years ago. I had not been able to find anyone as good. Eureka... I found the right hair salon today... welcoming, friendly, affordable. Great sweet service. Thank you, Coco...you did well.
A hairdresser that values each and every customer that walks in, cutters are great and friendly! This place buzzes positivity and you want that sorta energy in a salon, owner tries to appease his customers and runs a tight ship. 5 star service on Day 2 of 'Freedom' Day - a WIN in my eyes, keep it up!Services: Hairstyling
