Had a lovely experience! I got my single first lobe done and turned out beautifully! I was concerned that they were using a cartridge instead of a needle, since they say needles were used in the shop. But the lady who did my piercing stated that you can chose either one just for the lobes I’m guessing! overall I’m very happy with my experience! I’ll definitely be back!
Kami has done several of my ear piercings and I’m always so happy with the results every time. Super professional, amazing customer service and talks you through the whole process. Highly recommend Kami, will always come back to her for any future piercings!!
My partner went to get some assistance with putting an ear ring back in her ear as she had taken it out that morning to get an MRI And she was struggling to put it back in herself. She left with your shop with a swollen and bleeding ear from your staff who unnecessarily attempted to use a clamp to put the ring back in? She brought her own ear ring the one she had taken out this morning and was told she needs to buy a new one for $30 instead. Never had an issue at other places with this sort of thing before, I think your staff need more training or shouldn’t accept jobs they aren’t capable or comfortable with doing without harming paying customers. I understand accidents happen but to then charge your customers after injuring them is insult to injury… hoping the tools you use are sanitised properly as her ear is clearly swollen. Happy to provide photos…
kami did my belly piercing! Absolutely amazing, no problems, no issues and perfectly straight. Spoke me through the whole process and made sure I was okay the whole time. Will definitely be going back to her in the future
Very poor experience, new piercer is rude and confrontational. Brought my brother to get his ears pierced after having good experiences with Mel in the past. The new piercer took us to the back and then slammed the door in my face after rudely demanding that we sit in a chair outside the door with no warning if this is a new policy that's fine but there was no communication and my brother was very anxious. The piercer did not bring him back out to check the piercing location and when he came out he was almost in tears. The piercings were too close into the lobe and crooked one was pierced at a very obvious angle, and when it was mentioned that it would have been nice if we could have double checked the placement she became even more rude and stated that my extremely anxious brother had agreed the placement was okay she did not ask him if he wanted us to double check and he was too anxious to speak up because of her attitude. He was still trying not to cry while she was being very intense and questioning him directly whether he was happy or not and claiming that she would fix it with a needle if he wasn't which I have never heard of. At no point did she apologise and her attitude was shocking. $90 for an awful first piercing experience for my brother and crooked lobe piercings.
The quality and professionalism of the hairdressing service is very poor. Buyer beware. I booked a wash and blow dry including the GHD for my two daughters who both have Long hair. I explained that the girls wanted a sleek straight look, but the hair stylists did not deliver, and shockingly, the girls were charged over $80..one was charged more than the other. We have learned from this experience and will always go to professional salons who do deliver.
Just had my conch done by Kami and have had several piercings done by her in the past, all of which have been perfect. Will definitely be continuing to get pierced here
I have been coming to get my done at Hairhouse for years now. I always leave feeling amazing and couldnt recommend them enough.I have had a few different stylists over the years but Samuel & Destiny who have been doing my hair for the last year always makes me feel 100%. Dan and his whole team are amazing.
Of all the hairstylists I have encountered, Samuel and the team at Chatswood are by far the most friendly and professional. I highly recommend booking Samuel for any cut colour or style you may want.
Thank you to Samuel and the HW team Madison&Dan. Went in to colour my pre-coloured dark hair and they delivered fabulous results. They are so accommodating, friendly and genuinely care about you and your hair.
