Been going here for many years and was previously very happy. I had a loyalty card with rewards that the owner of the shop didn't allow me to claim and then ripped it up in front of me. Perhaps it was poor communication. Perhaps she had a bad day. That may be a reason but not an excuse. Hard for me to justify the already high prices with customer service like that.

This hair salon dishonesty because I did same thing every time but the price difference every time, they never fix the prices even I asked before come, but when finished and I paid the fee, they must marked up the fee. SO CHEATY ! Like seafood prices 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

NVogue was recommended to me by a friend of mine a couple years ago and i havent looked back. Kim and her staff and always happy to help. She makes every effort to acommodate my busy life, and fits me in for a cut and colour....perfect wind down! Definately recommend

I have been a regular customer for over 20 years now, and couldn't recommend this salon more highly. All Kim's staff are amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable and am always very happy with the service. My husband and kids also have their hair cut at nVogue and couldn't be happier!! Highly recommended!! 5 star *****

One word ( Bad) I totally tried shampoo haircut and blow dry third times, but the fee difference every time. And their prices not equally as the service . And I think I won't go anymore.
