Took my F700GS Motorcycle in for a maintenance adjustment, what fantastic service, ‘genuine’ BMW service with a loan bike, perfect hospitality, excellent workmanship and a spotless service area behind glass. Justin in service could not do enough for me, and Michael (Mick) the bike sales manager is friendly, knowledgeable of all aspects of BMW Motorcycles and very welcoming. There will be many bikes sold from this new dealer. What a fantastic change from the (previous) dealer experience. Service deserving of the brand. Just fantastic.

Very happy I bought my BMW 120i through Townsville BMW, couldn't have asked for a better price for a premium car, brand new as well! I wish to thank Brendan, Allen and Nigel - you all did such an amazing job to make me the happiest girl alive!!!! I love driving my new beamer! Thanks guys, until next time - I'll be back :)
