i20 booked in for a 45k service, Hyundai service advised to complete 60k service due to vehicle 48 mth age and it would save me money. They missed all 45k service items that were required. Spark plug change, brake fluid change etc. staff said they didn’t know it needed it. Additionally the Low maintenance Items listed on the service such as apply lubricant and check electrolyte levels clearly hadn’t been done. Makes you think if they’re skipping the minor items, what safety checks are being skipped. Service desk advised that to have the 3 major items completed for 45k it would cost $320 on top of the $425 I’d already paid. A Cost saving of squat in my opinion.

Sales.....great. After sales service.....Won't be going back. 12 months later and we are still waiting to have the reverse camera fixed. We moved away and it has been three months of the new dealership asking them for the part to be sent and nothing.

All the team are amazing, from the smile you get as you pull into the service driveway, the helpfullness of Adam for my Hyundai, from the suggestions, transparancy and accountablility at their end. Seriously it is absolutely brilliant and I will not ever go anywhere else !
