Anthony's friendly no fuss approach made the process of buying a used car absolutely stress free. With our limited time and busy work schedule the transaction was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and there was not one ounce of pressure from him as a salesman. Anthony returned phone calls and emails promptly. We would definitely recommend Anthony at NQ Auto to purchase a good quality used vehicle. Thanks Anthony for delivering on the request of the bow and organising a spare key to be cut after the sale too. Fantastic customer service.
I booked my Maxima in for a service via their online booking system. It was never confirmed. I turned up on my booking day and specifically told them that my wiper blades have just been changed. I get a video report from a guy who can't even speak English, rabbiting on about countless issues with my car. Most if them were nonsense, or blatant lies. At 1PM they phoned me to tell me that there are several issues with my Maxima. The first issue was that I needed new wiper blades. This just set me off, because I specifically told them at check-in that they were top of the range newly installed wiper blades from O'Brien's only yesterday So this was either a blatant lie or a comment from an incompetent staff member. Then they started going on about other issues 'they had found', one being that a new pollen filter was required. The vehicle had a new pollen filter installed last service. At this I got angry and told them to just do the work I asked them to do and nothing else and on that note asked to be transferred to a manager. The service manager was not available so they persisted to patch me through to the Customer Care Manager, who turned the conversation around to make me the 'bad guy'. Although they were polite their ethics have a lot left to be desired. Do not get your vehicle serviced with Parry Nisson aka NQ Auto Group. They'll rip you off.

Hands down, singularly the worst, unprofessional cowboy company in Townsville. My airbags have been recalled. So I called them to organise for the job to be done. Call you back in 30 I was told multiple times, they never call back. You have to call them. So for 2 and a half weeks this was a lie that was told to me to stop me calling then. Was lied to and told my car would be picked up on the 8th. The towing company said false, they hadn't booked it in to the 9th. So I call them again. Young fella answers and promised pick up today between 8.30 and 10am Another lie, towing company said not booked in until after 12. Parry Nissan are nothing but yes men. Empty promises, unprofessional, cowboys. How hard is booking in a job and having to stick to a schedule within reason? They can't get dates right, let alone time frames. The run around plus with these guys. Steer clear. Go elsewhere
The car salesman was perfect, couldn't fault him, HOWEVER a female staff member in the service department came out,was rude to my husband ,then bellowed across the yard to move my car.. explain to her that there was no where to park,so hence why I parked in the rear carpark to up a new part and response was " I don't care" and stormed off. Rang to speak to management and neither of them could be bothered to return my call...
Biggest rip off merchants in Townsville Avoid at all costs. Worst service, even worse advice. Will try squeeze ever dollar they can out of you. Regret the day I ever bought a Nissan purely because ever Nissan dealer is they same. No knowledge and anything for a buck. You have me in your data base, you’ve rang me and asked me for feedback on my service? How would you manage that if I wasn’t in your database? Lying to avoid the fact that someone’s calling you guys out on your obnoxiously high service cost and terrible quality of work and service? I think so, so don’t make out like this review isn’t related to Parry NQ because it is. Nearly $500 of labour to do a service on my navara and all they did was change 2 filters and an oil change!? Oh and ran a diagnostic check that cost me $140. For everyone information it takes 10-20 min for a scanner to read your cars faults etc. they found the “fault” and didn’t even attempt to fix it or notify me of it until I went to pick the car up.
Staff were outstandingly helpful, great communication and even got of video of them working on the car. Definitely will be back. Thanks !!!
DO NOT GO HERE! I have never left a review on anything before but have to warn others about this place! Absolutely the worst! Got charged over $500 to tell me I need to spend $3500 to fix aircon. Booked in the car and it got delayed twice, over a month later could finally drop it off. When dropped off, got told it would be ready that arvo or next day weird, originally told 2-3 days. Every time I ring to check, no one has any idea what’s going on! “That’s in for a regas, should be ready in a couple of hours - NO, it’s in for repair. Next call “that’s in for diagnostic, should be ready soon” NO, it’s in for repair. “It’s should be ready for pick up by 4pm - NO it wasn’t. “Someone will call you soon” - have not received one call. Parry, your service centre is a absolute joke! DONT EVER GO HERE. I was warned by others, but thought I should go to a Dealer. Never again! BTW, when the F will my car be ready?
A great place to buy a new vehicle, I got my Navara from there and the staff were amazing. All my servicing is also done here. I can't fault the staff or work.
