If I could give them negative stars I would!!!!!!! Avoid them if you can just based on customer service alone!!!!!!! Not only do they make booking a service in with them extremely difficult and unnecessarily complicated but they charge the maximum amount for every service regardless of the work they "perform" and the system in which to get it booked in, dropped off and picked up is so convoluted that it does your head in!!!!!!! Also their customer service is non existent.  They do not seem concerned that they are not only working on your vehicle, which is prolly close to their annual salary but that when you leave your car with them you also do not have transportation then! But you know, no sweat off their backs as long as they keep raking the money.
