Story

Motoco RV is North Queensland's largest stockist of recreational vehicles, stocking a wide range of quality new and used caravans and motorhomes. Brands include Avida motorhomes and caravans, New Age Caravans, Millard Caravans and Atlantic Caravans.
Our onsite workshop is accredited by the Recreational Vehicle Manufacturer’s Association of Australia (RVMAA) and our technicians can carry out all mechanical services and repairs on your caravan or motorhome.

Orded a new van off these guys at Mackay caravan show last year and picked it up later on durin the year at newage townsville. Travelled up from yeppoon to get it. Very good to deal with and will buy our next van through newage townsville again because of this. Can not be more impressed with the customer service from jason. He answered all questions that were thrown at him and kept us in loop with the build.   I recommend these guys 100%.

Really impressed with their products, service and advise. Managed to get parts for our Fiamma awning that I could get not elsewhere. Good range of items and the prices were excellent value.

Cath at the front counter was absolutely amazing, nothing was too hard. Everything I needed was fixed and done. Highly recommend the whole team.

Can not believe the speed of repairs took, am so grateful to the team from office staff down. Having an older Opalite van thought it would take forever. Could not have been more  helpful, highly recommended for all caravan repairs, thanks again.

Just before Xmas 2021 had 2 Dometic window blades replaced here, which I was expecting to have to wait & hung around all day, but they got in & had it all done in a couple of hours, so I was quite pleasantly surprised. Only thing was I had been waiting almost all of 2021 for window blades to turn up, but I don’t blame Motoco for it, it’s just these times with covid delaying things, but would have been nice to be kept informed once in a while that they were still waiting on the parts, I’m certainly glad it’s all done now though.  Below are photos of the cracked broken ones that were replaced. So happy with there job at Motoco, the staff were great to deal with very knowledgeable.

We recently took our New Age DR18E to Motoco RV for a brake issue that we were having trouble resolving elsewhere. The service we received was excellent along with the attention of service manager Ross, including a call from Ross with an update and an estimated pic up time handy when you're managing your time during the day. Our brake problem and a couple of service maintenance requirements were resolved professionally. A very professional, satisfying experience with New Age Townsville.
