Total Range Certification

I'm just here trying to even out the review score for Total Range... the other review is some weird rant/letter about city planning and water! none of which are under the control of Total Range Certification- They are a building certification business (it's kind of in the name.)

To whome it may concern, Today is Saturday the 27th of June and at 9:30am you cut our water supply due to development off of Macrossan st Cranley. A notice would be nice as to when these events will be orruring. What council in their right mind cut water at peek hour in the morning when families are showering. On another subject. What is the deal with your city planing? Your stratergy seems to be such as..... Lets expand and blend it to what is remaining and make it work. There is no plan for traffic flow and your resolutions seem to be rediculous.... Put an stupid cement we can drive around in front of no right turn..., suddenly murge only left turns..., all of a sudden one way streets. Not enough parking in the main street just to claim a few. Your city plan gives us people of Toowoomba no choice to be radicall drivers just to futher through to our destinations. Never have I come across so many accidents and have myself been in near misses on average 3 to 4 times a week. Do some constructive planing for Trucks and Traffic flow and be a bloody council and send out Notices for residents in expantion areas.!!!!!!!!
