It’s great when there’s more than 3 people manning the desks, one decides to close all the while there’s a number of people waiting. The remaining people aren’t serving and are doing paperwork or the like. Pretty ordinary, I guess government pays to good and you can take your time
It was quite busy, about 45 minute wait time. The people I spoke to y phone beforehand were very friendly and helpful. The people at the service centre were friendly but seemed a bit methodical rather than engaging.
5 stars to customer service officer Alex...I'm light sensitive and Alex and his manager treated me with dignity and kindness...these are the sort of people you should have in a govt organisation kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable 5 stars
Great experience, staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. Gemma on counter 6 was so happy to serve us, I have never experienced such a helpful person in transport. She makes your office a happy place, smiling good conversation and beyond helpful. You should be proud to have her representing the government
I recently registered my new car here and I was very happy with the experience. Staff were polite and friendly and helped me with everything I needed to do. The wait time wasn’t that long either.
