These ladies are quite obviously not in a hurry and take their time to find information which could have quite easily been googled. I now have $50 parking fine to pay!

Extremely rude and condescending staff who will spend several days giving you incorrect information about what is needed for passport renewals without a single apology for their mistakes. Had to pay a priority fee over nearly $200 to get my passport because they spent a week giving me incorrect and misleading information. Don't let them take your passport photo either - mine were so bad that a foreign embassy literally LAUGHED that a place thought they were acceptable to send me home with such poor quality photos full of shadows. Go to the Wilsonton post office if you want one that is actually clear. No accountability from the staff either - didn't get a single apology for their endless mishaps and when I asked for the name of the responsible staff member, they tried to avoid giving it to me because they knew I planned to make a complaint.

Love that Toowoomba has Parcel Lockers here! Makes it so easy and convenient to have parcels delivered here for pick up 24 hours a day. No more cards in the letterbox that can only be picked up during business hours!

The Margaret Street Toowoomba Australia Post Retail Hub has it all! Sports a full range of services, goods and facilities including: Bill Paying, Personal Banking, Passports, Travel Cards and Insurance, Mobile Phones, Gifts, Post Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Mailing Facilities and Services. Staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Although a Retail Hub, avoid peak times (opening, lunchtime and late afternoon) as queues can be lengthy at times. WARNING! Although steeet parking is plentiful about the Post Office, keep a careful eye on the time limits as Council Traffic Officers are regularly about.
