Neato Employment Services

Do not go here. Awful people with rude attitudes. Will make you attend a six month course of practising resume’s and mock interviews four days a week, 6 hours a day… enough said. How can I look for employment when I’m at that awful course. Rather take a bullet than spend my time with them. Won’t help transfer elsewhere. They have a reputation among other employment agencies.

This employment agency has been very supportive and helpful, however don't inform them if you find work until you receive your first paycheck. If you let them know they will demand to see your payslips even If you haven't yet received your first pay they will cut you off.

Neato Emploment Services are below average in all aspects of assistance. Have never kept a phone appointment. I've always had to call them. I became unemployed in September. I've been asking since then for them to check my cover letters and resume but have had NO assistance from them whatsoever. I will be repoting them to Centrelink and asking them to give me a different employment centre. These guys are inept at best.

Very dissatisfied with the performance and operation of the Neato Head board members, I've been waiting fir re-inversment for a course I did. I explained that if I were to partake in the training that I'd need the money reinstated which was explained to me that it would only take 2-3 business days and it's been several weeks now. please rectify this problem or at least get head office to contact me as I'm very unsatisfied with this poor performance.

This office sentenced an 18 year old boy to death by forcing him into an unsafe Work for the Dole placement on a construction site. They provided no safety training at all, failed duty of care to the maximum degree, tried to blame the dead 18 year old for his own death because he incorrectly answered a question on a quiz about safety, and were fined a measly $90,000 for their actions which directly resulted in the death of an 18 year old Australian who's only crime was not being able to find a job in an area of extremely high youth unemployment and low job prospects. I hope each and every one of them lies awake at night thinking of the blood on their hands.

People here don't seem to want to work for their money at all. next to impossible to get hold of them and they won't call you back when their supposed to whole place just screams of incompetence avoid at all cost

No employers list jobs with this company. Neato will never find you a job or even offer you a job. Avoid at all costs if you want to work.

Should be closed down. Totally incompetent staff and system of reporting. They suspend your payment without any reason and blame the computers.

Just got off the phone with one of the people. They have the rudest attitude one have ever seen. No help whatsoever, they gave the shortest answers and it seems like they just want to get it over and done with

this employment agency is a joke they do nothing to help you find work then when you find employment they act like they did something haha don't waste your time going here
