Do not understand why there is an inability to do anything but pass one lot of assets to the other spouse. They were unhelpful and I was worried about whether using them was going to create more issues. I thought my will was a simple affair and they were great a few years ago. I am sure they are overworked but the recent review seems to indicate they overcharge to manage assets for the disadvantaged. Sad to see this in the time of a pandemic.
