Terrible experience and waste of money. Came in for diagnostics for an engine problem.  They didn’t come up with a definitive answer because I assume they were just guessing. Convinced me it was likely the coil pack so I gave them the go ahead to replace it.  In the process of replacing it they broke my dipstick casing and a coolant junction. They made an attempt to fix the coolant junction with glue, wrong sized pipes and inlets and cable ties. It didn’t work and my car was now leaking coolant.  The original problem wasn’t fixed with the new coil pack and I now had more problems than I began with. They even charged me extra for the time it took them to make their temporary fix for the problem they caused.  Ended up taking my car to another mechanic and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it same day.  This business was a complete let down and I’m clearly still angry enough to leave this review after my experience.  Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and dodgy.Service:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

Very knowledgable with my Volkswagen Multivan. The owner/mechanic displays a great deal of confidence when approaching complex issues and finds the best solution for the problem even if it is outside the box. Fit me in and got me on the road in no time. Did a great job doing a full look over my old vehicle and called out some possible future issues but didn’t pressure me into getting them done. We had a small hiccup and the boys fixed it with no fuss. Great job.Services:&nbsp;Oil change

Outstanding mechanic oscar, will be going back to have next service and any further automotive work. Fixed a problem for less,than $100 which a well known dealership quoted,over $1000. They also quoted,me over $800 for tyres $300 of that for fitting. Got tyres fitted, alignment and balanced for $425 elsewhere.  Needless to say I will not be going back to previous company.

They put wrong oil in my car I rang them up and told them and now there trying to make me pay for the oil change again when it’s there mistakeService:&nbsp;Oil change

Excellent and timely service. Oscar was a good guy, another mechanic in town tried to screw me over and quoted me $1400 for a job that Top Drop did for $200. Got the car fixed, running and back on the road. Appreciate their honesty and good service.

Local friendly service and very competitive prices for fuel.

So greatful for Oliver and the team for fixing the swift in a swiftly time manner, despite having a days notice that we need urgent unexpected help. You were effective, affordable and understanding.
