Diagnosed our problem over the phone and by email with photos, and then had it fixed within 24 hours. Couldn't be happier!
Always fantastic service, I have used for exhaust and muffler work for many years and now I use for all my servicing, mechanical and tune up work and also for tyres and batteries. Staff are always friendly, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Workshop is always spotlessly clean and its great to always get the cars back in a clean condition without any greasy fingerprints or marks on them. Best workshop I have found in Launceston. I would highly recommend Berklee Exhaust and Bikes Launceston to anyone.
Place is way overpriced charged $450 for a dump pipe that took 2 hours to make that later on cracked all the way around it. Took it in to be fixed and then was charged a further $ 190 to be fixed while under warranty becuase they welded in a small peice of flex pipe. And also broke the wire to my EGT gauge. Not impressed in the slightest by this company.
