Booked our vehicle in for 8am and were told 2-3 hours. As mainlanders with no other means of transport, there was no offer of being dropped off anywhere to wait. Walked into the city centre, came back at about 12pm. Were told the car was being worked on but the tech would need to have lunch. Come back in an hour or two. Again, no offer or concern about what we would do. Back to town for lunch. Then back and waited in the office. No one asked what we wanted or what we were there for. Finally, someone came out with the job card and said the keys would be out directly. No thanks or sorry for the long wait. Paid the bill, but didn't get an invoice just the eftpos docket. Did see we were charged for 4 hours labour. Got out to the car to find car seat cover askew and the remnants of the job sitting on the rear bumper. They had been recommended to us by the firm who sold us the car. Wouldn't go back. Our worst Tassie experience - even worse than having our car written off!

Great service from Jason found our problem on our motorhome straight away and came to us so we didn't have to take our big rig in thanks so much prompt and very courteous service

Fitted towing brake expertly, quickly, at short notice and much, much cheaper than quoted by competitors. No issues and great communication too.
