Fraud, Raciest and Poor service….  -1 star I left my car for servicing around 12:35 and they didn’t even ring me up once it’s done. I rang them up at 4:15pm and asked if it’s ready. I had mentioned the old guy about my break pads and wiper not working properly but when I checked it after service, it wasn’t done, instead one guy said to me he wasn’t mentioned. Also, they didn’t say anything about the price earlier but shocked me when I went to pay $219 for just a service.They only provide you everything fake in the bill but don’t give you even checklist after servicing.  I would never recommend this place to anyone instead go to Brad’s at Mowbray, very reliable, loyal, kind, excellent service, affordable, polite to customers and does in time.

I dropped in unannounced yesterday morning with a tractor tyre that had come off its rim. It was zero problem for these guys and got me sorted quickly - nothing but praise for how they do business, they make you feel like a customer. Thank you guys - appreciate the service you offer.

Arrived 10 minutes early for scheduled appointment. Was told it wouldn’t take more than an hour and a half to fit the tyres. Come back an hour later and wait for 30 minutes. They had done nothing until I had to confront them. Waited another 45 minutes before it was completed. No apologies. Had to ask for a printout too. Their indifference, lack of professionalism and substandard customer service was evident as the 3-4 representatives behind the counter were more concerned about how one of their trousers fit. Pathetic.

Thanks Jax tyres at Launceston, it seems you have purposely tighten all 4 of my wheels up so TIGHT when I came in for 2 tyres,  a Milwaukee rattle gun an aeg rattle gun 120kgs bouncing on a breaker bar and still can't remove a single axle nut , EVERYONE BEWARE  DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND WHEN YOU SAY NO TO THE EXTRAS THEY GO AND DO THIS TO THERE CUSTOMERS.... ABSOLUTELY GARBABE, IM CURRENTLY STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH WHEELS I CANT REMOVE, THANKS FOR OVER TIGHTENING MY WHEEL NUTS,...ABSOLUTE JOKE... Update.. I was able to drive home thanks to someone who stopped with an inflation and foam kit... I won't be coming here again, we couldn't even take the wheel off..

Best place ever and they know what there talking about.and very friendly and helpful people that work there.and a quick turnabout well done to everybody that work there.

Fantastic service. I booked wheel alignment the day before and they fitted me in immediately for next morning at 8 am. A printout of results and job done in under an hour no fuss no issues. These blokes are good!!

I had got a general service from here around $500 dollars for replacing brake pad, engine oil filter, front light. But only two weeks after I got a police notice which is executive order to fix minor a problem from police officer. so I am so angry with their service. How they didn't check behind light ?, Moreover, The worst thing was their answer, when I visit them again to fix this problem they told me they don't have a mechanic in their shop. They treat me as dog. in conclusion, they lack of professionalism and also responsibility. Never visit them.

Had new tyres fitted while changing tyres someone had decided to retention/over tension bolt on spacers now they can't be removed called to speak to someone about the issue was referred to the boss who said they would not have needed to touch them and denied any involvement with the issue. Not at all helpful WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN....

Smart quick service good prices.

Fixed me up super quick for a very reasonable price. Much appreciated
