Arrived in Launceston with 4 kids in tow, ready for our 3 week adventure. A couple of days into our travels and we had the oil light come on. I'm no mechanic but I know this is not good news. Engine rebuild? Car sold for scrap? Holiday ended? I rang 4 mechanics who were closed before stumbling across KMart. Mark answered the phone, heard the distressed tone and an hour before closing said "C'mon over and I'll have a look." Fifteen minutes later and with a crisis avoided we were back on the road. Thanks Mark!! You have no idea what a miracle it was to have your advice.

Excellent customer service and easy communication, but took an extra day to do the job than promised, lack of attention to details, cost me extra time and effort to get my thing done.

Disgracefullllll !! With mechanical workshops like this trying to scam the unknowing public into spending unnecessary money for work so they can make easy money is unethical and just wrong. Stay away from this dishonest business as there are some good straight shooting mechanics in Launy so go find them.
